Mica
Factory of Nizhneudinsk offers wide assortment of
materials manufactured from mica. Each of them corresponds
to a lot of particular requirements and can be applied
for any of definite usage. We receive a different
workpieces, permeating a sheet of mica by a resin
and sometimes connecting it for strengthening with
any mechanical basis. Due to usage of small quantity
of a resin, final product keeps all remarkable properties
of mica. We select the properties of the commodity
very precisely, establishing the different parameters:
- Selection
of a kind of mica, phlogopite or muscovite,
indispensable weight and thickness of mica
paper
- the
nature and quantity of binding substance:
acrilic resins, epoxy, silicone, others
- possible
strengthening: glass yarn, polyaether,
polyethylene film, ceramic fiber, etc.

Standard
NMF production can be subdivided on several categories:

MICA
PAPER -
mica mineral is exposed to water head
under a very pressure that let to get microcracks
in mica not breaking its chemical and physical contents.
It obtained water-bearing mica-mass (scrap) is put
in special papermaking machine where an uninterrapted
sheet of mica paper is formed without any connecting
organic or inorganic additive substances. This raw
material is used as a base for insulation boards production.

MICALEX
- is a solid, dense, not hydroscopic
material obtained bycompaction and thermal treatment
of the grind mica mouscovite and easy-smelting glass
mixture. Micalex has a high heat resistance, arc resistance,
a great mechanical strength and can be mechanically
treated and grind. Micalex is used in radio engineering
and electric vacuum engineering
(holders of power lamps, combs of inductance, plates
and others). Now the Factory has used a technology
of manufacturing of products from reflactory Micalex
with a high operating temperature (800 C) and resistance
and a sharp drop of temperatures.

A
plate and high frequency micalexis used in in
radio engineering and electric engineering
industry for manufacturing the plates and
various details. Micalex is made by a hot compaction
of the grind mica mouscovite and easy smelting glass
with the future mechanical treatment.
